Introducing the Team LEMURS App

Your one-stop shop for participating in the LEMURS is now available! The LEMURS app has been designed to support your participation while catering to the needs of busy, full-time students.

What is the LEMURS Study?

Welcome to LEMURS! This research study aims to enhance UVM student well-being by engaging in activities that promote mental and physical health. By wearing the Oura ring and completing weekly surveys, we aim to gain insights into your well-being and identify the activities that benefit you the most. For the spring semester, participants have been randomized into one of four activity groups, each offering a selection of weekly activities accessible through this app.

Your Study Experience

• Data: Wear your ring regularly and sync it with the app to save your data.
• Report back: Complete weekly surveys focusing on aspects of your well-being like stress levels, social engagement, and caffeine intake.
• Plan your week: Explore the programming and sign up for activities provided for your group each week.

Compensation

• Earning rewards: Track your progress and view your compensation on the home screen.
• Participation: Receive study activity reminders throughout the week via the LEMURS app.
